RULES APPLICABLE DURING YOUR STAY IN MILKY WAY APARTMENT

- Please contact us by calling this number. If we do not answer, send us a text message and we will try to reach you as soon as possible.
- A hotel day begins at 2 P.M on the day of arrival and ends at 12 P.M on the day of departur.
- Please keep to the quiet hours (10 P.M – 6 A.M).
- Having any kind of social gatherings, hen or stag nights in the apartment is not permitted.
- Make sure to check if the windows are closed and the doors are locked every time you leave the apartment.
- Please use the apartment’s equipment in accordance to its intended use. You are welcome to use groceries left for you in the apartment (coffee, tea bags, candy etc.).
- Out of the concern for natural environment remember not to leave the light and electronic devices on when leaving the apartment each time during your stay. Also, please refrain from opening the windows when the central heating is on. We ask you not to throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet and not to leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
- If you wish to extend your stay in our apartment please inform us as soon as you can. It’s possible unless the apartment’s already been booked. In that case we can help you find other accommodation.
- Checking out is possible from 8 A.M. to 12 P.M.. Please inform us about the time of your departure via text message not later than 30 minutes before it. If you want to leave the apartment earlier than at 8 A.M. please tell us about it the day before. If you would like to extend your time in Toruń beyond the departure day, we can keep your luggage for the time being.
- When your stay in our apartment comes to an end please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Any damage done during the stay must be reported upon check-out.
